  • Product descriptions and photos aim to represent items as accurately as possible.

  • Minor variations, imperfections, or signs of wear are part of the nature of these products and do not constitute defects.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in EURO .

  • Prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties, or import taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and complete.

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, errors, or item unavailability. If payment has been made, it will be refunded.

5. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped from Portugal via DHL.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

  • Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays, returns, or additional costs caused by customs authorities.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final.

  • Refunds or replacements are only considered if an item arrives with a production fault or is significantly not as described.

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographic evidence.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • tobecontinued.shop is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once handed over to DHL.

  • We will assist in contacting the carrier and opening an investigation where possible.

  • Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including images, text, branding, and designs, is the property of tobecontinued.shop, unless otherwise stated.
