No refunds or returns are accepted unless the item has a production fault or was significantly not as described.

Change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference are not valid reasons for a refund.
2. Handmade, Upcycled & Vintage Items

Due to the nature of handmade, upcycled, and vintage products, slight variations in color, texture, size, or finish are normal and not considered defects.

Visible signs of wear consistent with vintage or reused materials are part of the design and do not qualify as damage.
3. Production Faults
A refund or replacement may be considered only if:

The item arrives with a clear production defect (for example: broken stitching, faulty clasp, or damage that makes the item unusable).

The issue was not disclosed in the product description or photos.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
Each request is reviewed individually. If approved, we will offer:

Return shipping costs for faulty items will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are happy to assist in tracking your package and filing an inquiry with the carrier when possible.

Refunds are not guaranteed for lost shipments, especially when untracked shipping is selected.

If tracked shipping was purchased and the carrier officially confirms the package as lost, we will review the situation and aim to find a fair solution.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
